Who I am

This website

The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts, and loads no fonts or code from other companies. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation. Netlify is a US company, so this log data may be processed outside the UK, under Netlify's own data protection terms and safeguards for international transfers.

If you email me

I use your name, email address and what you write to reply and to discuss the service. The legal basis is legitimate interests (answering your enquiry) and, if you become a client, performing a contract. I keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a client.

If I contacted you first

I may contact people in finance roles at companies that could benefit from the AP Leakage Scan. I find business contact details from LinkedIn, company websites and public registers. I use your name, job title, employer and business contact details to write to you. The legal basis is legitimate interests in offering a business service to relevant professionals. Every message gives you a way to opt out, and if you tell me to stop I add you to a suppression list so I do not contact you again. I keep your details until you object, or for up to 24 months after the last contact.

Client data

If you become a client, I process your accounts payable data on your instructions as a processor, under a separate data processing agreement. It is processed on my own encrypted equipment in the UK and deleted 30 days after delivery.

Who I share data with

I share personal data only with service providers that run my email (Google Workspace), my website (Netlify) and my accounts, and with professional advisers (such as my solicitor and insurer) where needed. I do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. Email me and I will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
